Neelsville

We spent the day at 412 Food Rescue to help package and prepare meals for future use!

The team joined the Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank to help prepare in the distribution of diapers, incontinence supplies, and menstrual supplies, throughout 8 counties in the Pittsburgh area. 

After quite the day, the team was able to wrap a grand total of 41,291 diapers. That’s enough for roughly 2,752 children. 

The team spent the day at Light of Life, a food ministry in Pittsburgh! They are also a homeless ministry and provide so much for the community.

This group has had such an impact within the Pittsburgh area. In just a few days here they have accomplished so much. Today we helped at Greenstone Methodist Church to fix a built up block wall that was leaning. This church runs a daycare so a wall of blocks leaning was not good. This was not a one man project but Neelsville came to the rescue. They dug, scraped, pulled weeds, picked up blocks and realigned them. These young men are such hard workers. People in this community would stop by seeing Christ in them through their passion to help the church. They were such a blessing!

The team headed off this morning after a week full of blessings, fellowship, and hard work! Thank you Neelsville!!
