Holy Trinity Catholic Church

We had a relatively uneventful trip to Ensenada today. We got stuck in traffic as all of Orange County decided to visit San Diego today, but as soon as we got through that we were off to Mexico. Our first stop included snacks, like this beautiful hot dog!

After a good night's sleep and a great breakfast, we are off to mass!

Yesterday after lunch we had the opportunity to visit the men’s home. It was powerful and fun to be back! Looking forward to spending more time there today. 

Well, a puppies life that is. Someone dumped a 2-3 week old puppy at the church this morning. After we couldn’t find its owner we took it to the vet and are now feeding it by syringe. No one seems to mind!

Today we had the opportunity to drop in on a mom and her six kids who are going through a hard time. 

Our first of 6 home visits today is with a family that just moved to Ensenada from Chiapas. 

Today is kind of a long day, doing food distribution with six families. So when the opportunity for slushies presents itself, you go for it 

Over the past two years we’ve gotten to know Diego, and now we got to meet his mom when we delivered food. So fun to make this connection!
